I accidentally reintroduced bug #147 when rewriting the hsp0 parser.

If the onRender callback is set before getShaderStr() calls, nothing will render.

Fix the issue and did a huge amount of cleanup in the hps0 parser.

Test: dropping the mask_273K.psi in the drag and drop demo load centered.

The psi2 parser reports an incorrect number of points which breaks the centering of psi2 point clouds.

Sometimes hps0 files don't load correctly such as when the mickey_156K_n.psi is dropped into the drag and drop

demo in demos/mickey/index.html is reporting incorrect number of points when the files streams in remotely.

To reproduce:
Run the drag and drop demo in Firefox.
Load in mickey_754_n.psi
halfway through loading, drag in...
