Unstringify shaders

Maintaining the shaders is very difficult since they are all stored as long strings. Rather than including them as JavaScript resources, we could add a library function which xhr's the file and returns a string users can input into createProgram().
This will allow us to store the shaders as they are without extra string quotations.

A cross-browser JavaScript tool which will emulate Arius3D's PointStream viewer. It will be able to quickly render a large amount of point cloud data to the <canvas> tag using WebGL.<br />
