hps0 files sometimes don't load correctly

Sometimes hps0 files don't load correctly such as when the mickey_156K_n.psi is dropped into the drag and drop

Fix the issue and did a huge amount of cleanup in the hps0 parser. -

XB PointStream (working name)
A cross-browser JavaScript tool which will emulate Arius3D's PointStream viewer. It will be able to quickly render a large amount of point cloud data to the <canvas> tag using WebGL.
