PSI files without normals don't load

There are some PSI files which contain 8 bytes of data for vertices and colors.
The parser only handles data which contains 12 bytes of data for verts, colors and normals.

These two files which are in the repository are some examples:

  • mickey_11K.psi
  • mickey_11K_baked.psi
