PSI demos don't render on Chrome and Chromium

Demos don't seem to display anything when PSI files are loaded--until the user refreshes the page.

The major issues with the ticket were:
- Not enough logic to handle the fact that Chrome/Chromium and Webkit XHR more frequently than Firefox/Minefield - No checks to see if Min and Max tags were read, which were zero - Two different sets of XYZ RGB parsing codeBranch: http://github.com/asalga/XB-PointStream/tree/bug147
