    There is a lot of meta data in the PSI files which we should be reading in.

    • point size
    • background color, image
    • camera position
    • FOV
    • etc.

    Added mickey ref tests for point clouds with normals. Still need to fix the PSI parser to load PSI files with only vertex and color and add those ref tests.
