Add ref tests for all mickey point clouds

We need to create ref tests for all the mickey point clouds in the repository.

Added mickey ref tests for point clouds with normals. Still need to fix the PSI parser to load PSI files with only vertex and color and add those ref tests.
Also changed some point clouds so they are more descriptive.

A cross-browser JavaScript tool which will emulate Arius3D's PointStream viewer. It will be able to quickly render a large amount of point cloud data to the <canvas> tag using WebGL.<br />
