Create multi-fidelity demo

We need a demo which streams and renders the same point cloud which uses different fidelity levels. Possibly loading different levels of detail depending on the size of the client area.

<b>XB PointStream</b> (working name)
A cross-browser JavaScript tool which will emulate Arius3D's PointStream viewer. It will be able to quickly render a large amount of point cloud data to the <canvas> tag using WebGL.<br />
