Update demos to use shared shader folder

We have a number of demos which use shaders which have been defined in strings. We can safely move these shaders to script tags instead. They will be easier to read and maintain.

After thinking about this for a while, I realized it would make more sense to just create a folder with shaders which can be re-used by the demos.

A cross-browser JavaScript tool which will emulate Arius3D's PointStream viewer. It will be able to quickly render a large amount of point cloud data to the <canvas> tag using WebGL.<br />
