Clean up xbps.js and psapi.js filenames

We currently have xbps.js and psapi.js files in the repository. One is the actual library, the other is a JS file which includes other necessary js files. These names are confusing. We should rename these to:
xbps.js and js-includer.js, or something along those lines.
Note, this won't be an issue when we make a release.

XB PointStream (working name)
A cross-browser JavaScript tool which will emulate Arius3D's PointStream viewer. It will be able to quickly render a large amount of point cloud data to the <canvas> tag using WebGL.
