Reduce sizes of .ASC test files

We have a lot of test files which use their own the acorn point
cloud file
because of its small size. But each time we add a test, it
increases it by about 4MB.
We should create a "clouds" directory which contains the unique
point clouds which
all the tests and demos can share.
