Add error message to demo page

We should display an error on the online demo page if users don't have WebGL.

I added a message on the demo page which tells the user if their browser
supports WebGL, but we should also have a message per demo as well. -

I added error messages and links to the demos to re-direct the user
if they don't have a WebGL browser.
