Add FPS counter on demo pages

Right now the FPS counter is in the status bar, but this isn't
always displayed.
In Webkit, you need to enable the status bar and Chrome doesn't
have one. I suggest we just add a span element and throw the FPS in
there (along with number of points rendered).

XB PointStream (working name)
A cross-browser JavaScript tool which will emulate Arius3D's PointStream viewer. It will be able to quickly render a large amount of point cloud data to the <canvas> tag using WebGL.
