    This patch also includes fix for #35 Change parse loop to use WebGL arrays

    Test: Run the test using any of the demos, but mickey is easiest since it isn't too large or too small.

    The lion demo locks user input, so I'll file a bug for that.

- fixed getVersion()
- added mouse scroll wheel toggle
