Point attenuation does not work on Chrome running Linux

Point attenuation does not work on Chrome. It seems to just stay at 1 pixel.

Chrome has issues with gl_PointSize, but Chromium doesn't. What should we do with this ticket? Wait till the fix gets pushed into Chrome?
