Add PJS License

This is a three step process:

1) Determine whether we need to use/add the license from PJS to PS
2) If necessary, determine the process to add the MIT License
3) Add license.

    if pjs isn't being used, there is no need to add the pjs license to xbpointstream. However if you are asking if we need to put an MIT license onto xbpointstream yes that we do need to do. A comment to each of the files with a link to our licence will do.

<b>XB PointStream</b> (working name)

A cross-browser JavaScript tool which will emulate Arius3D's PointStream viewer. It will be able to quickly render a large amount of point cloud data to the &lt;canvas&gt; tag using WebGL.<br />
