Update ref testing framework

We need to update the reference testing framework. It's out of date.

Updated Sundae and added ref tests, also moved some tests from the tests directory and converted them to ref tests.

XB PointStream (working name)
A cross-browser JavaScript tool which will emulate Arius3D's PointStream viewer. It will be able to quickly render a large amount of point cloud data to the <canvas> tag using WebGL.
