Point cloud center should be calculated incrementally

The center of the point cloud is only being calculated once the point cloud is done being loaded. This causes issues if the point cloud is far from the origin, such as the lion.asc point cloud. In these cases it isn't displayed in the viewport at all.

The center should be calculated incrementally which would fix this problem.
